Perfectly-You Playbook

How This Came to Be:

The creation of this little book has been years in the making. Some call it a labor of love. I call it a labor of living.

I’ve found through living that the times when I feel the most centered, the most ‘in the flow,’ are those times when I give attention and time to a simple daily practice of sorts. Me-Time. Time to pause, breathe, get out of my head. Time for imaginings and inspiration. Time to listen to the messages of my own heart and soul. This daily practice shifts and changes along with me, and will certainly look different for each individual.

What I’ve also found is that this daily practice can certainly feel like a discipline, especially in beginning stages. It does take some practice. But practice makes permanent.

With regularity, you can expect this practice to grow and shift. This book provides exactly eight weeks to the day of potential daily practice. I’m willing to bet that if given regular time and attention (daily for eight weeks, let’s say) this practice will unfold into a wonderfully-beneficial habit; A daily gift to yourself that will surely be cherished.

This book is Perfectly-You – yours to create what you will. It is also uniquely you in that each has been lovingly and uniquely bound by hand after having been printed by hand on offset and letterpresses. A labor of beautiful life indeed.

On each page, you will find a consistent, simple (and recommended*) activity for morning and evening YOU-time. ( *while recommended, be sure to make this daily practice YOURS.  Put your Perfectly-You spin on it. ) The idea here is to begin a more regular and natural practice of checking in with your heart, listening to your perfect internal guidance. Breathe. Half-Smile. Let go. Feel your heart beating. Then, use this playbook in a Perfectly-You manner. By spending some time checking in with your heart each day, the hope is that you will come to a place of greater self-awareness, self-love, and self-fulfillment.  The hope is you’ll Live Life More Perfectly-You!
